- You have applied for work in a company located in Canada, or in the USA (Pre-
Employment Report) ; - Are in the process to obtain or renew a security clearance in accordance with the Defence production Act (Security Screening);
- Made application to rent an appartment (Pre-
Renting Report); - You have signed as a Personal garantee (Commercial Credit Report or Pre-
Renting Report).
Please note that we don not act as a Consumer Collection Agency. Therefore if you personally owe money to a creditor, we won’t have any report for that matter.
Rights of consultation and rectification of your file
Unless that Act does not require, the record established in your subject can be consulted by you, or to whom you have authorized for specific purposes only for the period covered by the application original.
To consult your report we may have on you:
- Take an appointment by calling : 1-
866- 408- 2055 ; - On the appointment date you must provide two valid ID.
Following the consultation if you consider that a correction should be made, we proceed as follows:
- Reply within 30 days of the request;
- You call the toll-
free copy of any personal information changed or added, or as appropriate, an attestation of personal information where appropriate; - In the case of a refusal to rectify inform you in writing and inform you of your application;
- Keep the information on time required to allow you to exhaust the remedies as provided by law subject of your request.
